Michael "Lyfelong" Foster is a passionate Artist & Entrepreneur based in The Americas. Spending some of his early childhood in Baltimore, Maryland and Texas, while then growing up in Charlotte, NC, the initial spark of ingenuity entered his life early on. Having since spent time in multiple countries all over the world most notably, Colombia, Brazil, Cuba, and France,  his Artistry has been influenced by so many different cultures.  

 

 As a Writer, Michael started crafting songs, poems, and short stories when he was only eleven years old, which ultimately ignited his unwavering passion to take things to a professional level. He now has multiple screenplay and teleplay writing credits to his name in films that have been produced.  Writing with the spirit of a modern day Ernest Hemingway being inspired by all of the countries he's laid his head, Michael captures the essence and soul of wherever he is and pours it into his writing.  Michael will soon be publishing his first literary work titled "Tapping into The Inner Elite...Memoirs of The Experience".  Michael also is consistently writing songs for his publishing company, which in turn find placements for his songs in film and TV projects globally.  In the corporate space, Michael writes scripts for commercials and voice overs.

As a Filmmaker, Michael has gained extensive expertise and acclaim. He received the "Best Socially Conscious" Film Award for "When Tables Turn" and the Grand Jury Award for the film "Evelyn Black." His controversial short film "Subconscious Whispers" received rave reviews at it's World Premiere at the Martha's Vineyard African American Film Festival in which Spike Lee was in attendance.  He has screened a number of his films across the globe at film festivals internationally.  His film, a feature length offering titled "A Social Love Affair", has sparked dialogue about the impact social media has on relationships this day in age.  Michael has managed to Executive Produce a number of Film and TV projects on an international scale independently, with his latest feature film shot totally in South America (Brazil and Colombia).  One of his most notable projects is the Fashion Film shot in Le Mans, France during the prestigious Le Mans Fashion Show.  Michael’s innate writing abilities fused with his production experience have paved the path to the multi-faceted filmmaker that he has become.

 

With music being his first love, writing songs since eleven, he always makes time to craft songs to perform and provide cinematic visuals for.  Mostly finding his inspiration in the Hip Hop space, he has also written and performed in the Spanish Reggaeton space as well.  His time in Colombia and Cuba heavily influenced him to become fluent in Spanish and utilize that as another vessel to be creative.
